We've joined forces with Innovate Healthcare to launch an employee wellbeing app. The app provides all Wesleyan staff with access to a wide range of wellbeing support and informative articles at the touch of a button, and can also be used to track exercise, general wellbeing, sleep and water intake. As a proud mutual, we firmly believe in doing the right thing for our communities, customers and employees. That's why we encourage all of our employees to spend two (fully paid) days each year volunteering in the local community. Members of our specialist mortgage advisory team recently spent one of their volunteering days helping out at St Basils - a Birmingham based charity that works with young people to help them find and keep a home, and prevent homelessness.
