Not too bad. Just a lot of different folks involved. Those that make final decision never even get the chance to interview you directly. The “hiring” department essentially just goes off notes to consider giving an offer or not after final stage

My interview process spanned an unusually long 6 months, from August to February. This included 5 interviews and, while I was ultimately offered the position, I question whether such a lengthy timeline is typical.
