It was really relaxed, I was taken upstairs by a team member who told me not to be nervous and waited in the canteen for a while. The man came through to get me, shook my hand and the first thing he did was take my provisional licence and national insurance number to photocopy. It started with asking me about the hours I was willing to work and then about any holidays I had. Then we just got right into it!
