We're looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Supporting our experienced Conveyancing Case Handlers, you'll play a key role in progressing residential property transactions while delivering an excellent experience for our clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with conveyancing administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to continue building a career in property law.
We're looking for someone who is:
A legal qualification, or an interest in studying towards one (such as CILEX, CLC or an LLB), would be an advantage but isn't essential.
• Annual Leave: 25 days per year (Jan-Dec), increasing to 27 days after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time). • Annual Leave Purchase: Option to purchase up to 1 working week of additional leave. • Wellness Days: 4 paid days per year to rest and recharge (pro-rata for part-time).
