Role Purpose

BOYLE Sports is looking for an SEO Executive to work closely with the SEM Manager and the Performance Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement successful SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic and enhancing website rankings.
• Carry out keyword research to pinpoint pertinent and high-performing keywords for optimizing content.
• Optimize various website elements, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, with a focus on both search engine visibility and user engagement.
• Conduct both on-page and off-page optimizations, encompassing link building, to bolster website visibility and authority.
• Employ SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for enhancement.
• Conduct routine website audits to spot technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices across the website.
• Analyse competitors' SEO approaches, identifying opportunities to maintain a leading position in organic search rankings.
• Generate reports and present findings to the marketing team and management, illustrating the impact of SEO projects.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

• 2+ year experience in SEO/SEM marketing, preferably on Sports or Gaming (Casino).
• Experienced in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Experienced in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

• As an SEO Executive your role involves assisting our SEO Manager in formulating and implementing extensive SEO strategies.
• Emphasizing strategy, planning, marketing efficacy, and innovation, you will actively contribute to enhancing organic search visibility and boosting website traffic.
• To excel in this position, a blend of analytical, technical, and creative skills is essential. A fervor for the digital advertising landscape and a results-oriented mindset are key attributes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the relevant managers and internal teams. Sports knowledge and knowledge of international markets is a plus.
• A keen eye to detail and good with numbers is essential.
• Quick to learn new software and functionality of new products
• Must work well, both collaboratively and independently.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
