Focus of the role:
We are looking for a Junior Power BI developer who is passionate about analytics and wants to deliver real improvements to our clients in smart and effective ways. The successful candidate will have a desire to develop their skills and want to learn more about wider Azure analytics capabilities enabling them to build a long career here at BCN Group in a growing and exciting technology team.

Using your knowledge of Microsoft’s Power BI, you will assist more experienced Power BI developers or data analysts in creating reports and dashboards, handling data-related tasks, and supporting data visualization efforts for our clients. The role requires a wide knowledge of business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modelling, database, and technical aspects of BI tools. This is an exciting opportunity working as part of the Data & Productivity team to develop new capabilities and establish industry leading analytics practices.
Responsibilities:
You will support senior developers and Team Leads in delivering high-quality reports and dashboards, while also developing your own capability and confidence in taking ownership of tasks assigned by Project Leads. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of wider project teams.
The role has a strong focus on working with data, including data cleaning, transformation, and modelling, alongside supporting client-facing data visualisation within project work. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, while supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of issues within datasets and reporting outputs.
