- At least 3 years’ experience in a Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and improving production routings, BOMs, and manufacturing master data within an ERP system (preferably IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP).
- Proven experience conducting time studies, setting labour standards, and translating shop floor activities into system data.
- Experience creating and maintaining work instructions, SOPs, and standard work aligned with actual production processes.

Demonstrated ability to perform data clean-up, validation, and governance for manufacturing data (routings, work centres, item masters).

Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or data migration activities is highly desirable.

Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, fabrication, or similar discrete manufacturing environments)
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks for drawing updates and interpretation
- Familiarity with production planning, capacity modelling, and cost structures within ERP systems
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
