work life balance is hard

Not so much cons, great company

I think that promotions in salary might be rare

Managers that don't have a lot of experience in management or in the field, there is micro management and a lot of politics. big compony with lots of people involved in every change making it hard to introduce big changes and advance with the technology outside. A lot of build in tools that could have better solutions. The compony separations doesn't apply to infrastructure teams.

Being tagged or contacted late at night (e.g., 11 PM–midnight) on non-urgent issues (work life balance)

Compensation. Business strategy and focus.
