Pros

1. The people at Wix are truly top-notch — around 95% of the colleagues you'll work with are smart, talented, and genuinely kind. 2. Some internal mobility exists, allowing employees to explore different roles within the company. 3. Work-life balance is well maintained, and expectations are generally reasonable. 4. The perks are solid and thoughtful. 5. Wix has some of the best offices and facilities in Israel — beautifully designed and well-equipped.

Cons

1. Despite promoting a "No Jerks" policy, certain individuals — including some managers — are allowed to act unprofessionally without facing any real consequences. This behavior is often accepted, or worse, normalized. 2. Office politics are extremely heavy. Getting support for cross-team work often feels more like diplomacy than collaboration, consuming far too much time and energy. 3. Things move slowly. Tasks that would take hours in most companies can easily stretch into days or weeks. 4. There are managers who lack experience and leadership skills, which can cause serious damage to team morale and productivity. 5. There's significant resistance to adopting modern technologies — often rooted in personal job security fears rather than strategic thinking. 6. Salaries are generally below industry standards, especially for roles in R&D.

Pros

The people are what make this place so special (the “no asshole” value is genuinely lived here). I’ve had the chance to work with some of the most talented, caring, and kind colleagues I’ve ever met. That said, there has been a significant wave of people leaving in recent months, and roles are not being replaced, with the company seeming to focus more on BPO agents. The Ops team does a fantastic job with office events and services such as happy hours, massages, Wellhub, and food at the office. The benefits overall are excellent. You’re able to take breaks between chats and calls, and in my case, my TLs were always very supportive and understanding, which made a big difference as calls can be quite energy-draining. Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 3 from home, with the flexibility to choose your days.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are very limited, focused on QA, TL, or PSG roles. The focus is shifting more toward the quantity of live interactions rather than the quality. We’re constantly being told to take more calls and chats, which makes it harder to focus on delivering the best customer experience. While the perks are strong, salaries don’t seem to progress. Some people have been stuck with the same salaries for years without salary reviews. Learning & Development could take a more proactive role in helping people build skills and grow, rather than mainly assigning experts to tasks.

Pros

Various nice benefits, very supportive during hard times last year. The company encourage ownership, versatility and employee initiatives.

Cons

Very poor managers, the management model at wix is just not working. Many colleagues including myself left the company because of toxic and sometimes even brutal team leaders. Many team leaders are promoted based on technical achievements and lack strength in other fields. Many of my colleagues were frustrated by the combination of tc compared to other companies, poor management and a very intense workload.

Pros

The colleagues are definitely the best part of the company.

Cons

The company is not as transparent as it claims to be. Career growth is very limited, even for those who perform well, and advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. Additionally, the company openly supports the state military, which I find very concerning.
