Last weekend, Gran Canaria Pride brought together more than 100,000 people in a vibrant celebration across the island! 🏝️🏳️🌈 Among them, 50 TUI colleagues and 70 guests proudly joined the celebrations on our TUI Float, sharing an unforgettable experience of joy, pride, and community. 🕺🌈 A huge thank you to the local supply team and the Service & Operations teams in Gran Canaria, whose hard work helped bring the experience to life and made the event such a success! 👏 It was a truly special day celebrating inclusion, diversity, love, and community spirit, and we can’t wait for the next Pride celebration! 💙

Collaboration is where the best ideas begin 💡 A few weeks ago, our Accommodation Product Development team in Greece hosted an interactive workshop that brought office colleagues together for some creative collaboration. The session helped build a clearer understanding of product development processes, while giving teams the chance to work through concepts, pitch ideas and exchange open feedback. Manos, Accommodation Product Development Manager, shares: "It really felt like a two-way learning experience. Everyone walked away with new insights, clearer context and fresh perspectives. It was a great example of how working together and openly sharing ideas can make us all feel onboard with TUI's strategic goals." Meet our next TUI Legend: Dawn! ⭐️ From head office to the world! 🌏 After joining TUI in 2003, a work trip sparked something in Dawn – and before long, she was off to Goa as a Hotel Rep. 22 years later, she’s Head of Service and Operations, having worked across India, Egypt, Mexico, and more. Her advice for anyone who’s just starting their career at TUI? “There might be a lot to learn at the start, but it’s SO worth it. From breakfast with elephants beneath Kilimanjaro to exploring Majorca and Aruba, she’s lived the TUI dream across retail, ski, cruises and training.
