L'unica "pecca" che mi viene da segnalare è stata l'eccessiva trasparenza con cui mostrava il suo dissenso/assenso in merito alle mie risposte. In questo modo, l'interlocutore non si sente propriamente libero di potersi esprimere sinceramente al 100%. Ma è stata una mia personalissima impressione

The preliminary interview was very pleasant, personable, and while some parts were more challenging, I felt very comfortable to express questions about the company, while the interviewee showed great availability and filled me in on different processes and inquiries. It was a good experience and I did not feel more nervous, than when I walked in.
