Interview
Lot of people, group activity about designing a product, but too much focus on marketing despite being a finance role. Do not reveal too much in the self reflection stage.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to navigate events during a product launch like competitor copying
You were given time to prepare before each question, and you can record up to 2-3 times. I think most question is just about yourself and some case studies, overall pretty straightforward and easy
Was simple questions via hirevue, then assessment centre. Which included a case study and a proposal that we had to present to a member of staff which was then asked questions about.
Difficult to get a read on the interviewer and did not really know what they expected from some of the questions that they were asking. Some questions were easier to answer but there was a heavy focus on answering questions with being backed up from personal experiences.
