Over the past year it has rebuilt both its product and its go-to-market from the ground up, and the results are showing.
The Role
This is a high-volume outbound position, but a smart one. AI tooling handles the research and sequencing at scale, so the SDR can focus on what actually moves deals forward: sharp phone conversations and building genuine champions inside target accounts. The territory spans mid-market to enterprise businesses of 1,000 to 10,000 employees across tech, media, financial services, manufacturing, and retail. The role works closely with the AE and has the full backing of a leadership team that will actively invest in the right person's development.
What They Are Looking For
Cybersecurity sales experience is essential given the ramp time involved in this market. Beyond that, they want someone autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity, strong on the phone, natural at building relationships, and genuinely hungry to progress quickly. High potential and a coachable character are weighted more heavily than a polished CV.
Compensation
Base: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and location OTE: Double base, uncapped Accelerators available for overachievement Fully remote, UK
