What you will be doing:

This role blends client relationship building with administrative support, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth business operations. We are looking for a confident, personable Business Partner/ Client Service Associate to be the trusted face our clients turn to— someone who thrives on solving problems, building rapport, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes

Main responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management – serve as the primary daily contact for client accounts. Act as the face of the firm to build trust, resolve queries, and handle escalations / complaints professionally
• Onboarding & compliance - guide new clients through the onboarding process, which includes assisting with contracts, executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and updating CRM databases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - partner with internal departments (e.g., Bookkeepers, Accountants, Finance, Payroll) to resolve client issues and execute requests smoothly
• MazApp Support- triage incoming manual and electronic communications / workflows to ensure teams work with work-ready files.

You will bring:

• Proven experience within client services, account management or a professional services support role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks​
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office​ and CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the business​
• Demonstrates a flexible approach to problem solving and ability to think strategically and autonomously​
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail​
• Respectful, trustworthy, polite, honest, and strong work ethic ​

Training & Development

You don’t need accountancy knowledge to succeed, we will teach you everything you need to know.
