Salary: £66,407 per annum
The College is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to lead and develop a number of the College’s key people services including HR and Payroll.
The successful candidate provide leadership support for the HR generalist and payroll teams and deliver on key elements the College’s People & Culture Strategy. You will play a central role in driving positive employment relations with College employees and Trade Union colleagues and ensure that employment policies and procedures are developed in line with the College Purpose and national agreements.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have significant relevant HR leadership experience, with highly developed communication and networking skills and the ability to lead through others.
