We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our growing development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll work closely with other developers and the Software Development Manager to:

• Design, build, and maintain robust internal and customer facing software systems
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code to a professional standard
• Take ownership of features and improvements from design through to delivery
• Improve existing codebases, address technical debt, and raise overall code quality
• Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions
• Help translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Follow and help evolve best practices around version control, testing, documentation, and security

You’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility and expected to apply your judgement while still working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Through university projects, personal development, internships, or commercial experience, you'll have gained practical experience working with C# and/or .NET and be able to demonstrate your ability to apply your knowledge to real-world software development projects.
