Pros

People are smart and helpful , great place to work and gain experience in big scale project. Working hours are not long.

Cons

Layoffs, reorg, fully in person, no WFH No guarantee offer for apprentices even working for 3.5 years, while interns get return offer performance based by working for 3-6 months only (most of the time they get it)
