Pros

Great to work, job is pretty easy even if not from a sales background. pick up most things on the job

Cons

Can have some bad days depending on the customers that walk in the shops , advisors end up taking all the complaints even when a resolution is not possible instore

Benefits - Staff plan, discounts etc.

Cons

* Lack of communication * Managers are very unwelcoming * No consideration - a lot is expected from a trainee (the managers pretend that they don’t expect much) * Pointless training procedure - you’ll learn stuff you’ll never use * High staff turnover
