Owners are very toxic and bully. They talk to you disrespectfully, they treat you like you are inferior and they do not care about your opinions most of the time. This poor leadership is causing a lot of tension between colleagues. A lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. And the salary does not compensate for all that. Everyday is like living in hell!

There haven't been any cons since I've worked here

Senior leadership has no clue what they are doing. Team meetings re held with promises of change that never develop. There is a surprising lack of real direction and firm processes and the processes and systems are always changing. I wouldn't be surprise of this place was out of business in 10 years.

Poor leadership and consistent micromanagement of department heads. Very talented people were hired then not allowed to perform the duties they were hired for. Great people who worked there left because of this, I you got other options, take them. Just don't go with this company.

Need a bigger office space

This place is led by a horrible and close-minded management. The lack of creativity and openness in the leadership is the reason why the work environment is as awful as currently is. The managers are very strict and are allergic to change and more efficient procedures. This company has a terribly backward company culture, and I hate it.
