Need a bigger office space

There are high expectations, but suits if you like challenging environment to progress career

Poor management. Poor delivery and deceiving customers selling things that do don't exist. The newest practice manager has a really bad attitude to people in general. Good luck with that.

Velrada is no longer a company I'm proud to work for. Since the original owners left, the environment has become stressful, toxic and unethical. Many of us are just waiting for the right opportunity to move on, and when it comes, we won't hesitate to leave. Since NRI took over, the company has gone downhill, starting with the appointment of new CEO who rarely shows up, while we're required to fill out attendance sheets just to prove we're in the office. We used to have be able to work remotely, but now that's only granted to management's favorites. Serious complaints about leadership, go completely ignored. Upper management are focused only on protecting themselves instead of supporting the people who actually keep things running and fill their pockets. Management has NO care about our well-being either. They openly talk down about people in front of others, it's disrespectful and unprofessional and fuels the toxic environment. On top of that, there's no clear pipeline of work. There are many of us on the bench right now. Instead of addressing these business challenges, people are put pushed out of the company through performance plans or made redundant. There have been mass redunancies and layoffs and more expected, we are all feeling unsettled. There is no clear direction on where the business is heading. It seems that NRI will just start to take over soon, and then we are all essentially made to leave. To current and new employees if you want to know who you are working for, just read glassdoor reviews for NRI and that will show the current state of Velrada and it's future under their management.

Top heavy, unethical and unprofessional work practices, blatant disrespect for junior to mid level staff. You will be treated as though you are desperate and second rate when it comes to any questions concerning pay increases. if you leave this company, you will likely have to get a reference elsewhere for your work while on the job.

Room to grow. Need stability in management.

To be a consultant is demanding; the pace can be relentless.
