Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Present products and services to potential customers and provide suitable solutions based on client needs
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and sales tools
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and sales activities
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on enquiries and campaigns
- Maintain excellent customer service by responding to client queries professionally and promptly
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall service quality and team performance
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including CRM systems, etc.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
