We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior BI & IT Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a school, college, or university leaver who is eager to start their career in software development, data, and IT.

You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real business systems, supporting both our internal operations and growing e-commerce platform. From day one, you’ll be contributing to live projects and learning from experienced professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal applications
• Writing and improving SQL queries and working with business data
• Supporting business intelligence and reporting solutions
• Helping maintain and enhance existing (including legacy) systems
• Working across IT, development, and data projects
• Troubleshooting system and data issues across the business

What We’re Looking For

We’re more interested in your attitude and potential than extensive experience.

Essential

• Interest in software development, IT, or data
• c understanding of programming or databases
• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Good attention to detail

Desirable (but not required)

• Exposure to SQL
• Classic VB or VB.NET
• React or JavaScript
• Awareness of how systems and databases work
• Interest in BI or reporting tools
• Personal or academic projects in tech
• GitHub profile or examples of your work (we’d love to see anything you’ve built)
