With leading dentists from the Royal College of Surgeons calling for an end to the “cake culture” at work, anyone would think that being at work on your Birthday is set to become a lot less jolly in the future. However, this will not worry some employees because they are lucky enough to get their Birthday off as a free day’s holiday anyway!
