Barclays Summer Associate - MBA interview questions

Barclays received my resume from my MBA program recruiting department (top 20 full-time MBA program). They then called me out of the blue to schedule a short phone interview. This portion only lasted about 15 minutes, which I initially took as a negative sign. Within a week, I was called back to fly to New York for a "super day." This day of interviewing was 4 back-to-back interviews, 3 of which were one-on-ones with senior highly ranked Analysts in a wide variety of industries. The fourth was with two of the department's HR personnel, which was the most intense. Overall,the interviews were not overly technical, but were stress tests of confidence.
