Job Title: Council Tax Administration Officer
Job Purpose
To provide efficient administrative support within the Council Tax Service, ensuring the accurate processing of customer information, correspondence, and system records. The post holder will be responsible for importing and managing emails within the Civica DIP360 system, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of an effective and customer-focused Council Tax service.
The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside working knowledge of Academy and Civica W2 systems.
