Cons
Received awful training with the constant threat that we’d get let go if we didn’t perform well enough during training. Had to work a lot of unpaid overtime to keep up, and had to help friends because the training wasn’t good enough and they almost lost the role because of that I know multiple people who were made redundant for literally no reason with no warning. They reached a point they were making a colleague redundant a day
