Interview
After succesful application screening, I received an invitation to record an online interview. It consisted of 12 competency based questions. Questions explored behavioural patterns in different situations, sometimes examples of such were asked for. 15 seconds were given before each question to be recorded within 2 minutes each.

Interview
You start with an online application. Then an online video interview.
This is tricky if you didn't do online interviews before. You are presented with a video of someone asking you a question and you must give back a reply. You have about 10 seconds to think about it then the website starts recording you automatically. There is no way around this. You also have limited time to answer the question. You must speak for a minimum of 30 seconds then you have a maximum of about a minute and a half if I remember correctly. You can pause between questions but you must do all the interview at once. You will be asked 12 questions.
There is a test question at the beginning. Use it to make sure your voice is loud enough and that you are looking at the camera.
