A call with the recruiter and then a second interview with the Director of Cloud engineering and an engineer.
The interview was the worst I ever had. I wasnt expecting that from Salesforce! It was completely unprofessional with inappropriate assumptions. The interviewers did not know how to interview at all. I havent seen such a bad behavior in this field before. I can only assume that this is a toxic place to work.
The role by the way is not SRE as they advertise, its just a NOC job.

General questions over CV and a troubleshooting scenario.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2021
Interview
The process was pretty straight forward and it took nearly 2 months to do it. Overall, interview was pretty easy and nothing difficult. This position reminded me of a NOC Engineer not SRE. There is no need to be technical for this position as it look more like Support job. I was told after 6 interview that I am to technical and would not suit this team. They told me that they will reach out to me with other poisiton but still no sign. Looks like it was just a promise that will never happen. Overall with interview was happy but company's reputation went down the drain and would not recommend technically savy people apply as they will just loose their time doing this interview.
