Very warm, comfortable. The HR recruiter was unaware that I had been interviewed before (and not hired) and felt she had not done her homework. It was about a ten minute phone interview.

Straightforward - no surprises. I was expected to give a product presentation during the final round. Otherwise, it was 3 rounds with higher levels of management each round. If you prepare you should be fine for each round.

Very long and time consuming. They made me come up with a Business Case on a new customer that isn't currently selling on Amazon. I believe I was over qualified, BUT THEY WON'T TELL YOU WHY YOU DIDN'T GET THE JOB?
