Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
Operations & Client Experience Manager
Salary Range US$90,000 – US$110,000
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven professional to lead office operations and elevate the client and employee experience. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the office while driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across operations. You will act as a central point of coordination across teams, implement best-practice processes, and ensure continuity of service delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a best-in-class client experience, embedding high service standards inspired by luxury hospitality principles. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will enhance client engagement and retention while ensuring a professional, polished front-of-house environment that reflects WPS' brand and values.
In addition, you will lead initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture, driving employee engagement, supporting onboarding and development, and partnering with leadership on change management and strategic initiatives. You will act as a key advisor to senior management, identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, enhance service delivery, and strengthen alignment across the business.
Education, Skills & Experience
10 years’ experience in client experience, luxury hospitality, or high-touch service environments, ideally with exposure to HNW clients
Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and implementing high service standards
2–3 years’ experience leading, motivating, and developing teams, including through periods of change
Strong operational management experience, with ability to oversee multiple functions and drive consistency
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflict, and deliver outcomes
Experience identifying and implementing operational efficiencies that enhance service and/or reduce costs
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence with a strong client-facing presence
