• To ensure the relationship and communications between ZFFCN and the Customer is developed and maintained

• To maintain the Quality System to achieve 0 PPM, reduce / remove any risk to quality, supporting delivery expectations daily.

• Manage non-conforming product effectively and in a timely manner

• Place in containment as and when supplier non-conformances are identified

• Good knowledge of the assembly line processes

• Flexibility to support the Quality team, working overtime and supporting customer concerns

• Completing daily poke yoke checks ensuring all process controls are working robustly.

• Carry the ZFFCN customer hot line mobile, to offer support to all customer non-conformances / complaints or reasonable requests.

• Perform to a professional standard when dealing with ZFFCN’s customers.

• Coordinated all activities in the Quarantined area, ensuring the 5’s Standard is practiced and maintained.

• Ensure all Tools / Materials are available on all shadow boards to ensure continuity of quality support.

• Assist in weekly KPI collection.

• 8D Problem solving yellow belt level (Internal 8D continuous improvement)

• Complete NCM’s capturing root cause / failure modes and record all issues on SAP.

• Implement and administer emergency CAL were deemed appropriate.

• Implement containment for any supplier non-conformances that places ZFFCN and its customer at risk.

• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process related concerns.

• Ensure the daily SFM Quality Monitor is completed Poke Yoke checks etc…..

• Dismantle, investigation and re-introduction of rejected units.

• All level 6 card Inventions of process controls are recorded on the ZFFN By-Pass Tracker

• Monitoring production to follow reactions plans and standard work.

• Traceability of all child parts to be scanned onto the system.

• Regular process audits are completed as per required timings.

• Ensure adherence to ZFFCN DNA Quality Policy

• Practice and encourage the ZFFCN Solihull’s system spirit.

• Ensure the Operators are fully aware of the consequences of wrongly produced parts and aware of the Poke Yoke devices at their station.

• Ensure all Quarantine sign off sheets or relevant duties are completed at the defined intervals.

Ensure all statutory and in-house requirements are observed within the job holder’s area of control and in accordance with the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
