RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple Southeast Asian countries, fostering a consistent yet locally attuned people strategy.
Build and implement compensation and benefits structures that are market-competitive, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to support growth, transformation, and workforce planning across all markets.
Ensure compliance with diverse labor laws, statutory HR regulations, and internal governance policies.
Use HR data and analytics to drive insights, improve organizational health, and track regional performance.
Champion a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Streamline HR operations and elevate employee experience through robust onboarding, payroll alignment, and process excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a regional or multi-country leadership role.
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian labor laws and HR trends.
Track record of building and managing cross-border HR teams and functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within the region to support teams and initiatives.
