Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs

• Negotiate prices and terms with customers where appropriate, ensuring mutual satisfaction
• Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximise revenue
• Maintain accurate product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Good IT skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic administrative tasks
• Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel or stock delivery
• Demonstrated organisational skills and effective time management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
