      Good Culture - Difficult Management

      Pros

      The culture of proactiveness and self management enables delivery of real value. You work with excellent people when you work here.

      Cons

      Currently going through a reorganisation which is aimed at ‘fixing’ the culture. The culture is the reason most people work here and is it’s secret sauce. ‘Fixing’ it will turn the organisation into just another consultancy.

      Employee-friendly consulting company with flexible work culture

      Pros

      Very employee-friendly culture with supportive and approachable management. There is no micromanagement and employees are trusted to manage their work. The company offers flexible work hours and work-from-home options when the client allows it. Salary is generally above the average compared to other consulting companies. The company takes good care of employees, avoids layoffs, and also provides profit sharing.

      Cons

      Annual salary increments are generally on the lower side compared to market standards. The hiring process tends to prioritize candidates with more years of experience even when candidates with fewer years may have comparable skills. Additionally, the client portfolio is somewhat limited and could benefit from greater diversification

      - highly intelligent team, low-ego for the most part - excellent culture with a supportive environment - flat hierarchy - high level of trust and autonomy to get your work done

      - there are limited promotion opportunities
