eBay IT Operations Manager interview questions

Met with four people - A peer, two managers, and department head. The interview was well organized, but "looking back" the recruiter did not prepare me well enough. If you interview for eBay, *PLAN* that they will ask you to be able to come up with calculation methods for projects of scale - as in eBay world-wide scale, and "how would you do this task, if you have 50 Million transactions to perform in one hour?"
