Phone screen and then interview panels (coding, system design, culture, the usual process). The interview process went well and it was scheduled over two days. At the end they rejected with a flimsy excuse. What's astounding to me is that they went through the full interview panel, and then rejected and recently have posted the exact same job. How is it possible with hundreds of applicants and selected few candidates to interview they haven't found someone to fill in the position? Why waste candidates time with this fake ghost job? Their recruitment materials paint a picture that the company values diversity, equity and inclusion but the interview tells a different story.
