Hazlewoods is known for its people-focused culture and strong sense of collaboration. Our Client Lifecycle team sits at the heart of that - supporting Partners and client-facing colleagues to make sure every new client’s journey starts with accuracy, clarity, and a first‑class experience.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Client Lifecycle Administrator who enjoys being the go‑to person for getting things done properly. Please note: travel between our Staverton office and Cheltenham offices will be required as part of this role.

What you’ll do

• Gather due‑diligence information and process new client applications
• Complete AML checks and compliance monitoring
• Provide clear guidance on onboarding and AML requirements
• Support colleagues with queries to keep onboarding moving
• Prepare reports for the MLRO
• Identify risks and improvements to our processes
• Collaborate with Risk Management to keep policies up to date

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in compliance/onboarding
• Confident use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach
• A positive, can‑do attitude and great attention to detail
