Leading a team of Commercial Account Handlers, you'll coach, support and develop colleagues while ensuring customers continue to receive the high standard of service Gallagher is known for.
What you'll be doing
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing your team, helping them deliver excellent outcomes for customers while achieving business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of Commercial Account Handlers.
• Providing regular one-to-one coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support individual development.
• Monitoring team performance against business objectives and service standards.
• Carrying out quality audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Sharing your commercial insurance knowledge to support the ongoing development of your team.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, supportive team environment.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional who enjoys developing people and leading by example.
You'll ideally have:

• At least four years' experience in Financial Services
• Previous leadership or coaching experience, or the ambition to move into a leadership role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using performance data to coach and improve team performance.
• The ability to motivate, support and develop others.
• Experience working within a regulated environment and delivering against service standards.
• Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
