Looking to start your career in HR systems development and people analytics? Want to make a real difference by helping shape how we use technology and data to support our workforce? We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join us as a Graduate Trainee in the People and Organisation Service, working alongside our HR Systems Development and Integrations Officer on a 12-month, full-time, fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll build practical skills across HR systems, data reporting and service improvement. You’ll support the development and maintenance of bespoke HR systems, help produce reports and dashboards, and learn how data informs workforce planning and decision-making. You’ll also be supported to complete an accredited PRINCE2 project management qualification and apply your learning to real service priorities.
