This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
As an Employee Experience and Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager at Millennium, your main responsibility is to play a key role in managing the delivery of impactful learning programs to support the development of our workforce and meet the needs of employees at all levels.
