You will be responsible for the delivery of complex multi-product customer projects, supporting the deployment strategist to demonstrate value add for the customer throughout the entire life cycle of the development v cycle.
You will work closely with the Engineering, Product and Commercial teams to scope the project resource, create and manage the JIRA plan and track on time delivery.
This role is for anyone with plus 5 years proven experience on software projects, keen to expand their experience in an agile deep tech start-up environment, with a focus on software development and deployment in an industry critical to a zero-carbon future.
You will be involved early in commercial process to support deployment strategists in planning the project, evaluating resource, cost and assessing the feasibility of the project timeline with the help of technical teams. You will be assigned to multiple complex parallel projects to track progress, update the schedule in JIRA and report business level metrics against the respective work.
Our project managers are both strategists and technologists—able to lead customers through complex delivery while using their coding background to automate, analyse, and optimise the work around them to drive predictable and scalable outcomes. You will have a minimum of five years of admin level experience of JIRA, Confluence and Power BI and expected to leverage automations to minimise project admin overhead and increase the speed at which we generate project insights.
Changes to the project schedule are common and customers in our field act very dynamically. As a skilled Delivery Manager, you will be expected to minimize any potential setbacks from such changes by proactively seeking to understand the issues and dependencies.
