Purpose of Role
The Office Manager supports operations by managing records, coordinating communications, and assisting teams across leadership, finance, sales, and operations with ad hoc tasks. Maintaining organised documentation, efficient processes, and acting as a brand ambassador delivering best in class client service, professionalism, accuracy, and administrative excellence are pivotal to this role.
Key Responsibilities
o Mailbox and diary management, answering incoming calls and directing where appropriate
o Ensure front of house is presentable at all times
o Financial support including, processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims, accounts payable and receivable, preparing information for payroll
o HR administration of starter / leaver management, employee records and benefits
o Managing office supplies, facilities, and relationships with suppliers and contractors
o Assisting with any ad hoc projects or tasks as needed by the senior team
o Support with internal and external events where required including race/rally entries
o Support with operational set up of The Works for internal events and client visits
o Support with marketing & events supplier / freelancer communication
o Occasional evening and weekend work in line with international time zones and business demands
Experience and Skills Required
o Experience in an office management or senior administrator role
o Strong background in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounts
o Excellent Microsoft Office, outlook and general IT skills
o Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
o The ability to work with autonomy and handle sensitive information confidentially
