Purpose of the Role
The Application Support Engineer provides hands-on technical and functional support for Made4net applications, ensuring reliable customer operations and successful integrations. This customer-facing role supports both live customers and implementation activities, working closely with global support, IT, and project teams to resolve issues, assist with configuration, and optimize system performance.
The role reports to a local Support Leader and operates as part of a global follow-the-sun support organization, delivering extended and 24×7 coverage through regional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support to customers via ticketing, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and environment issues in accordance with SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Support customer implementations, including configuration assistance, cutovers, upgrades, and go-live activities.
- Participate in on-site and remote hypercare during and after customer go-lives (travel may be required).
- Collaborate with customer teams, project managers, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Perform periodic customer follow-ups to review system status and ongoing needs.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of the global 24×7 support model.

Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Windows workstation and server environments.
- Experience with web technologies and environments (browsers, IIS).
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and database-driven applications.
- Strong general computer and application usage skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hosted / SaaS customers.
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud-hosted environments.
- Experience with warehouse, transportation, logistics, ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems.

Pay: £3,500.00-£5,000.00 per month
