PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: Up to £70,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Senior Learning Experience Designer Bitesize will help lead the Bitesize strategy towards its transformation journey to become a favoured learning destination platform. The role will also support the development of the design practice in the education and learning domain, helping to future-proof Bitesize.
This is a senior role in scope, influence, and accountability. You’ll be expected to identify and frame problems, set direction, and influence decisions beyond your immediate team. You will still design, but your impact will extend through leadership, strategic thinking and raising the quality of work around you.
You’ll work closely with senior product, engineering, editorial and delivery partners, often as part of a trio, to ensure we’re solving the right problems and delivering inclusive, high-quality outcomes aligned to organisational strategy.
This role is for designers who lead through judgement, influence, and care for outcomes, alongside craft excellence. Delivering world class experiences for all.
