*THE OPPORTUNITY: CO-FOUNDER CTO*

You will be joining as a *core technical co-founder*, working directly alongside the founders and owning all aspects of technology.

This includes:

* App development (mobile-first product architecture)

* Website/platform development (scalable, production-grade systems)

* Backend architecture and infrastructure

* API design and system integration

* AI feature implementation and deployment

* Technical roadmap ownership

* Security, scalability, and performance strategy

*1. Technical Leadership*

Own the full technology vision and execution for Orela AI.

*2. Product Development*

Lead end-to-end development of mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-powered systems.

*3. Architecture & Scalability*

Design systems that can scale from MVP to enterprise-level usage.

*4. Execution Ownership*

Work hands-on in development while setting technical standards and best practices.

*5. Founder Collaboration*

Work closely with the founding team on product strategy, roadmap, and growth direction.

*6. Future Team Building*

Recruit and lead future engineering talent as the company scales.

* Strong experience in *app and web development (full-stack or senior engineering level)*

* Proven ability to build and ship real products (not just prototypes)

* Experience with scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure

* Ability to think like a founder, not just an engineer
