Very low pay Long hours

The company needs to determine its direction

When I first apply to them I was so excited, they paid $16 hourly and training was great although it was so much to learn. Once that over you finally start working that’s when everything changed you only allowed to be on the phone for amount of times if you pass 20 seconds on the phone you gonna have someone reaching out to you not to mention the team leads who supposed to help you, they are so useless instead of helping you they send you to the place where you was looking for answers before they lied about the $16 per hour they pay you base on how many calls you take which is very hard because their system always crashing that prevents you from taking calls ..you gonna regret it if you apply for their position trust me

Being asked to leave early because they hired to many people and the call flow is slow. Being unappreciated and treated unfairly

The team leads never helped on a call so your suck on calls alone

no benefits late hours didn’t learn in training

Unstable hours, layoffs all the times, low pay, micromanaging even when managers are missing in action.
