Capital One Graduate Software Engineering Programmer interview questions

The whole process took about two weeks. The first part of the process was an online programming challenge. This part is relatively straightforward for anyone that knows how to program. The next part is an online video interview where you record yourself answering questions through your webcam. You get a couple of minutes to prepare each answer so it's not too bad but they do ask some pretty specific questions. I got turned down after the video interview.
