Capital One Manager, Policy interview questions

I did an online test followed by three interviews: one with HR, one with hiring manager and one with other manager. The process was over two months. Then I was ghosted, which was a new experience for me. I have over 15 years of work experience and have interviewed and worked at many prestigious institutions. This was the first time I had an organization in Canada ghost me after doing three rounds. This is not normal and should be considered as a major red flag for any future applicants.
