Capital One Process Manager interview questions

The final round is a 3-1 hour interview in their Toronto office, had dinner with current employees the day before the final round. Their rejection email did not have any personal feedback.

A recruiter reached out to me about a position. I submitted an application and then had to take a technical quiz. I moved on to a phone call with the hiring manager who then requested I come for a power day! I met with the VP, did a behavioral interview & job fit interview.
