Made it to the final stage, "Power Day," a one-day four-hour interview process, for which I had to use my PTO to complete. After Power Day, I did not feel respected for my time, candidacy, or experience. I was "breadcrumbed" by HR for weeks about the role I applied for, and then told I was being considered for a similar role on a different team. After four weeks of waiting, I got a two-line email from HR and when I asked for more info, I was ghosted. Do better.
